You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and increase overall user satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, you will help define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with our company vision. Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify trends and user needs. - Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to provide insights for improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications. - Develop and maintain product dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Support product launches by providing data analysis and insights to guide marketing strategies. - Participate in user testing sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user experiences. - Create and present reports and presentations to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or a similar role. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and methodologies. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. - Familiarity with product management processes and workflows. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
