We are seeking a seasoned
Head of Talent Acquisition
with over
10 years of experience
to lead our recruitment function in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
building and managing high-performing TA teams
and driving end-to-end hiring for both
tech and non-tech roles
across the organization.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. You will
lead and mentor a team of recruiters
, ensuring timely and quality hiring across diverse functions. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will
anticipate hiring needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience
. You will also manage relationships with external hiring partners and agencies, drive employer branding initiatives, and monitor recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience
    in talent acquisition, with hands-on exposure to both
    tech and non-tech hiring
    .
  • Proven experience in
    team leadership and people management
    within recruitment functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and employer branding best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining high hiring standards.
