  • Coordinate with Manning Superintendents on hiring requirements.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain recruitment pipelines.
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in recruitment leadership, preferably in the maritime or shipping industry.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
