Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, arranging meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the Director's schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and expense reports
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
