Job Title : Business Development ManagerExperience : 7+ YearsLocation : Bangalore, India Responsibilities: ● Own and assist smooth onboarding of clients.● Manage end-to-end funnel on New Initiative Products - new merchant acquisition and upselling of products to existing clients.● Pitch and demonstrate the features and benefits of Open PG product.● Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and competitive offerings.● Should clearly understand merchant pain points/requirements and should communicate all features to fulfil merchant expectations.● Proactively identify opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption of our solutions.● Should understand and work towards organization's objectives.● Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding targets. Requirements: ● At Least 3-5 years' experience in Sales and Business Development in Payment Gateway & APIs Industry.● Product focused sales aptitude/experience.● Relevant experience in the Fintech/Banking Industry would be a plus.● Analytical and process-oriented mindset.● Must be able to work with multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.● Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
