To build and strengthen our superpower, we're on the lookout for an exceptional Manager-Business Development.Experience:- 3-8 YearsLocation:- Should have prior experience in the payments space and Min 3-8 yrs experience- Must have good experience in PG outbound sales- In this role you will be acquiring new merchants in the Emerging & Enterprise category- You must thrive in a high-performance environment and possess strong networking, business development, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies- Must have the drive to innovate and question the norm, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership & consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives- Work on multiple priorities and define the growth and strategic Strong background in B2B sales or partnerships, with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or payments industry.- Proven ability to manage end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to closure.- Solid understanding of enterprise merchant needs and market trends in the payments ecosystem.- Demonstrated success in handling complex negotiations and long sales cycles.- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
