RECRUITMENT:Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social and professional platforms)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact detailsDo background checkLead employer branding initiatives

OPERATIONS:Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayKnow HRMS systems like ZOHO People

YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS?A minimum of 3-4 years of experience.
