**JD for Talent Acquisition Specialist**

Job Location: Sector 132, Noida

Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of the Human Resources

team responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing

with the company's culture and objectives.

**Experience**: 2-5years

Preferred Industry: Schools/BFSI/Retail

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with HOD to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored

recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and
- Arrange and coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations, both in-person and

virtually

and alignment with the job requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to make informed hiring decisions and offer recommendations
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new hires
- Ensure all pre-employment checks and paperwork are completed accurately and in

compliance with company policies and regulations

- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview best

practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) on Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role

**Salary**: From ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
