Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and departmental needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify top talent pools and stay uptodate on industry hiring trends.
Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract highcaliber candidates.
- Screen and qualify resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding:
- Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top talent.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with your company.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new hires.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics (e.g., timetofill, costperhire, offer acceptance rate) to measure effectiveness.
- Generate reports and identify areas for improvement within the talent acquisition process.
Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across different departments to understand their needs and priorities.
- Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and external agencies to expand your talent Bachelor/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of success in attracting and recruiting top talent.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for building a strong employer brand and attracting diverse talent.
