  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify top talent pools and stay uptodate on industry hiring trends.

Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals) to attract highcaliber candidates.
  • Screen and qualify resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring timely communication with candidates.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding:

  • Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top talent.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with your company.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new hires.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics (e.g., timetofill, costperhire, offer acceptance rate) to measure effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and identify areas for improvement within the talent acquisition process.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across different departments to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and external agencies to expand your talent Bachelor/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and recruiting top talent.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for building a strong employer brand and attracting diverse talent.
