Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support HR officers, assistants, and coordinators in their daily tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of core HR services (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand HR needs and provide proactive support.
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related issues.
  • Conduct or assist with training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Act as a role model for the HR team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
