Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support our people operations at Kaarwan. This role will give you hands-on exposure to HR processes in a creative education environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
  • Support employee onboarding and induction processes for smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Draft and circulate HR communications, notices, and updates.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, workshops, and team events.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations and compliance.
  • Research and suggest improvements in HR practices suitable for a growing education startup.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹1, ₹3,000.00 per month
