About the Company:

Excellanto, a leading IT recruitment company, is seeking an HR Intern to join our team. The role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, CV screening, and candidate engagement. It is ideal for motivated individuals eager to kick-start their HR careers in a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

· IT & Non-IT Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

· Calling & Coordination: Conduct initial telephonic screenings, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.

· Job Portals Usage: Source candidates effectively using platforms such as , LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job portals.

· Talent Acquisition Support: Post job openings, manage applicant tracking sheets, and coordinate with internal teams on hiring needs.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable with calling, screening candidates, and using online portals for recruitment.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
