Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases.
  • Provide administrative support on HR-related inquiries from internal/external stakeholders.
  • Help organize employee orientations and training sessions.
  • Support the payroll process and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate HR events, meetings, and social activities.
  • Contribute to performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with travel as needed in the Nagpur region.
