Job Title: HR Intern

Duration: 3 months

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate with employees for leave, attendance, and other HR queries.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
