Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing new client relationships, and enhancing the overall strategic direction of the company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, creative strategies, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business prospects.

  • Collaborate with the creative and strategic teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to capitalize on business opportunities.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent Dangura Digital.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads.

  • Manage and track sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
