Viral Pitch is a leading influencer marketing and creator collaboration platform, helping brands connect with the right creators to deliver impactful campaigns. We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and drive recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

  • HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and policy implementation.

  • Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations and compliance.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute team-building activities, engagement programs, and internal events.

  • Be the point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Support initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the AdTech / influencer marketing / digital media industry (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
