Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, payroll, attendance management, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Payroll & Attendance:
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and timesheet approvals.
- Coordinate with finance/accounting for payroll disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and appraisal processes.
- Conduct training needs assessment and coordinate employee development programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, attendance management, and labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
