About Our Client
The client is one of the biggest players in the steel industry in India. They have forayed into a few new businesses, composites being one of them and have plans to scale the business exponentially in the next few years.
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for heading the sales for the composites business of the organisation S/he will be responsible for working closely with the top leadership in driving the strategy for the composites business The candidate will be responsible for building the business in the B2C, B2B and B2G space for the organisation. B2B and B2G are the main focus areas at present S/he will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for the business, from identifying the leads to winning tenders and execution of the project. Team management will be a part of the role too
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an engineer with atleast 12+ years of experience in sales S/he should have an extensive experience in working with clients in the B2B and B2G space Candidates with knowledge of composites, manufacturing process and technologies will be preferred S/he should have an experience of leading teams and working with senior leadership in driving the strategy for the organisation The candidate should be experienced in the sales strategy and planning for the business unit, both for the medium and long term.
