Salary: Up to 60 LPA, commensurate with experience and qualifications


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive modern trade strategy to drive sales and distribution of the smart watch brand across PAN India.

2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, including large retail chains and e-commerce platforms.

3. Lead the sell-in and sell-out activities, ensuring effective product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in modern trade channels.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop trade marketing plans and promotional strategies tailored to modern trade requirements.

5. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and expanding distribution channels.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify areas for growth and adaptation of sales strategies.

7. Manage a dedicated team responsible for modern trade sales, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

8. Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI and profitability.


Requirements:


1. Proven track record of at least 13-20 years in modern trade sales and distribution within the FMCD industry, with experience in handling PAN India responsibilities.

2. Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers in modern trade accounts.

3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
