- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Interviewing and training new team member, assigning specific tasks to other team members, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Motivating the team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition.
- Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Providing regular performance feedback to the sales team.
