Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Baleshwar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and providing product demonstrations. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and customer identification
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the paint industry and product applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous sales experience in the paint or related industry is a plus
