Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for our Mumbai office. If you're fluent in English and Hindi, and Marathi, have strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers.
  • Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Update and maintain customer records using Google Sheets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and communication.
