TECHNICAL SUPPORT
IT-Support Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d)

Location & Working Model
Primary Location: Eggenfelden (on-site office)
Key Responsibilities
First-line support: prompt response to customer inquiries via phone & ticket system
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Document all interactions accurately in CRM
Support users with Telematikinfrastruktur components (TI-Konnektor, eGK readers, etc.)
Collaborate closely with Technical & Software Support teams for issue resolution
Contribute ideas to ongoing product and company development
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
German language skills C1 or higher
Technical training or degree in IT field
2–4 years professional IT experience
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Telematikinfrastruktur, TI-Konnektor, insured card readers
Customer service background
Personality Traits:
Enthusiastic about customer service and phone interaction
Friendly, clear communicator
Diligent in written documentation
Proactive interest in shaping company growth
Experience & Education
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in IT support or related field
Education: Completed technical apprenticeship or IT degree; university degree not required
Specific Tools/Technologies: Telematikinfra struktur components, basic networking/hardware/firewall knowledge, CRM systems
Compensation
Base Salary Range: €30,000 – €50,000 gross per year
Variable/Bonus: Approx. 10 % of base salary
