Our client is a leading player in the IT Services domain. Founded by Wipro veterans in 2008,they are a social impact organization providing world-class AI/ML data services, IT and BPM services to its customers across AI/ML tech, E-commerce, FinTech, BFSI, Healthcare and other domains.
Job Description
Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business objectives. Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth. Generating new leads by cold calling, referrals, events, emails, networking, and more Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop, and maintain an accurate and substantial new/high-quality business pipeline, that is aligned to the client objectives Hunting - New logos Forecasting and achieving/exceeding targets quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned domain/vertical. Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
The Successful Applicant
8+ years of experience in IT Services sales Experience working in a BPO in the current or past stints is a must Candidate should come with experience selling AI- ML solutions Good knowledge of the industry stakeholders Open to work as an IC Excellent communication skills and open to WFO model
