We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client network and scale our interior design and turnkey fit-out services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including Corporate, Developers, Architects, PMC Firms, and General Contractors.
- Prepare and present company credentials, capability decks, and project proposals to clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, facility managers, and consultants.
- Maintain CRM/database of client interactions, leads, and status updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or interior project acquisition
- Proven ability to close deals and manage key client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Self-driven
