Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Build

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client network and scale our interior design and turnkey fit-out services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including Corporate, Developers,  Architects, PMC Firms, and General Contractors.
  • Prepare and present company credentials, capability decks, and project proposals to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, facility managers, and consultants.
  • Maintain CRM/database of client interactions, leads, and status updates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or interior project acquisition
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage key client relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Self-driven
