Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Growth
    – Identify and connect with businesses in Australia that require offshore staffing support.
  • Lead Generation
    – Develop pipelines through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and email campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management
    – Act as the primary point of contact for Australian clients; understand requirements, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Operations Oversight
    – Supervise and monitor remote staff working in our India office to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to client expectations.
  • Team Coordination
    – Collaborate with internal teams to match client needs with the right talent and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Reporting & CRM Management
    – Track leads, maintain client records, and present progress reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in
    Business Development / Client Acquisition
    , preferably in
    BPO, Remote Staffing, or Outsourcing services
    .
  • Strong track record of generating leads and securing international clients (Australia/UK preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee team performance.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
