Role Description:The Business Manager - Strategic Accounts will play a crucial role in overseeingsales functions and generating net sales and new revenue by managinghigh-net-worth real estate developers. This role involves leveraging our extensivesuite of products to meet the needs of both existing and new clients. The idealcandidate will possess significant experience in field sales and client management,with a proven track record of supporting business objectives through strategicaccount management and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:● Account Management: Manage relationships with high-net-worth real estatedevelopers, focusing on Category A+ and A developers within the assignedterritory. Cultivate and enhance these relationships to meet and exceedbusiness targets.
● Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and annual business targets bydriving net sales and new revenue opportunities. Utilize Magicbricks' broadsuite of product offerings to address the needs of diverse customer segments.
● Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective majoraccount and sales strategies. Identify and pursue new opportunities toincrease market share and customer retention, with a strategic focus onhigh-value accounts.
● Market Feedback: Provide detailed feedback on market conditions and clientrequirements to strategic business units. Drive product innovation andimprove market competitiveness based on this feedback.
● Sales Targets: Take overall responsibility for achieving sales and accountmanagement targets. Maximize revenue and ensure alignment with corporateobjectives through strategic planning and execution.
● Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies and tactics to capitalizeon growth opportunities, continually strengthening market share and drivingrevenue achievement.
● Market Intelligence: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of markettrends, client business needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize marketintelligence to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
● Customer Relationship Management: Expand and deepen key accountrelationships within the region. Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionand develop new business opportunities with key clients.
Skills & Experience:● Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of B2B or corporate salesexperience is required. Experience in the real estate sector is advantageousbut not mandatory.
● Communication Skills: Possess polished verbal and written communicationskills. Demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with customers and internalstakeholders, and to present effectively to executives and senior leadership.
● Networking Ability: Strong networking skills to engage with diverse clientbases, particularly in the financial sector, and achieve focused goals.
● Leadership: Capable of leading and developing the organization in terms ofcompetence, professionalism, and streamlined processes. Expand thecustomer base and acquire profitable business opportunities.
● Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and documentation skills. Provenability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain strong interpersonalrelationships.
● Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and make decisionsin unpredictable situations. Demonstrates innovative thinking to simplifycomplex problems.
● Role Model: Exhibits strong work ethics and professionalism. Develops selfand team while promoting a positive work environment.
● Customer Focus: Acts as a customer champion with a results-drivenapproach, ensuring effective management of key account relationships.
Education:● Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. An MBA is a plus.
