About the Role

We're urgently hiring a Team Leader – Sales Development to manage and mentor a team of

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will bring proven experience

in B2B IT services sales, with a strong background in appointment generation and hands-on

team leadership.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs to meet appointment generation targets


• Monitor daily performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement


• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align team goals with business

objectives


• Analyze outreach metrics and optimize lead generation strategies


• Ensure high-quality communication and professionalism across all client interactions


• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs

Requirements


• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within IT services


• At least 1–2 years of documented experience as a Team Leader


• 2 years of hands-on experience in appointment generation


• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills


• Excellent communication and organizational abilities


• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus


• Must be available to join immediately (Zero Notice Period)
