Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager at Panthak Business Solutions (PBS). As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategies to optimize business performance, managing team members, and ensuring efficient processes and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

ResponsibilitiesOverseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Developing and implementing operational strategies to streamline processes and optimize resources.Managing and coordinating internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and operational optimization.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.

QualificationsProven experience (minimum 3 years) in operations management or a similar roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsExperience in project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in relevant software and toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldExperience in the consulting industry is a plus
