Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our vibrant team at Huemn in Hyderabad. This full-time position is perfect for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top talent to sustain our growth and innovation in the design industry's competitive landscape. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in talent sourcing with experience in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational goals (Mandatory skill). Proven ability to efficiently schedule interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process (Mandatory skill). Expertise in resume screening to evaluate potential candidates accurately and match them with suitable roles and responsibilities (Mandatory skill). Strong capability in conducting effective Boolean search queries to identify and shortlist qualified candidates. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems for maintaining a comprehensive database of candidate profiles and recruitment analytics. Effective candidate screening skills to identify talent that aligns with company values and project requirements. Adept at posting job vacancies on various platforms to attract diverse candidates with relevant skills and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and craft detailed job descriptions and specifications. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Manage and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and panels. Maintain and organize recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient process tracking. Build and nurture positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and enhance the overall efficiency of the hiring process. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment activities and outcomes.
