Job Title: US IT / NON IT Recruiter Experience: 5+ Years Shift: EST Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Only We are looking for an experienced a US IT / NON IT Recruiter with over 5 years of proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US staffing processes, visa classifications, and tax terms, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills and amazing vendor contacts. NOTE : Candidates with W2 hiring experience and their own database will be great fit. ONLY apply if you have proven W2 hiring experience. Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process : requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, vendors, and direct clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Source candidates using job boards ( Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn ), referrals, and networking. Conduct technical screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Track recruitment metrics and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly hiring goals. Stay updated with US immigration laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) , and IT industry trends. 5+ years of proven success as an US IT / NON IT Recruiter. ~ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills . ~ Prior experience working directly with implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, and direct clients . ~ In-depth knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN). ~ Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. ~ Proficiency with ATS systems and MS Office tools. ~ Demonstrated ability to fill niche IT or NON IT roles in emerging technologies.
