Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, overseeing inventory levels, and implementing security measures to prevent retail loss. Additional tasks involve training team members, managing budgets, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is a plus
