Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The role includes managing staff, monitoring inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and acting as a liaison between customers and company policies. The Store Manager will also be required to maintain communication with the corporate office and ensure the store meets its sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai
- Previous experience in retail, especially in fashion or jewellery, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
