Grocery Delivery Deliver groceries and other store items to customers according to the delivery schedule. Ensure that products are delivered accurately, on time, and in good condition. Handle perishable items carefully to maintain quality and freshness. Collect payments or confirm cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when required. 2. Order Management Receive daily delivery assignments and plan delivery routes efficiently. Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure correct items, quantities, and packaging. Coordinate with store staff to collect, pack, and load groceries safely. Update delivery status and communicate with the store or management in case of delays or issues. 3. Customer Interaction & Service Interact politely and professionally with customers during delivery. Address customer queries, concerns, or special instructions effectively.
