**Job Description - Delivery Rider**

**Job Title**: Delivery Rider(Bike will be provided)
**Location**: Across Fresh2Day Store Locations
**Department**: Operations
**Reporting to**: Store Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Delivery Rider will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of customer orders. The role requires strong customer service skills, road discipline, and a commitment to maintaining Fresh2Day’s reputation for reliable and efficient delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up customer orders from the assigned Fresh2Day store.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customer addresses as per assigned routes.
- Handle products with care and maintain delivery accuracy.
- Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery) and submit to the cashier/store.
- Maintain delivery logs, invoices, or proof of delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly and professional service.
- Follow traffic rules and road safety at all times.
- Maintain delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good working condition.
- Support store team with other operational requirements during free time.

**Requirements**:

- Bike will be provided.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
