Job Description – Delivery Rider

Job Title: Delivery Rider(Bike will be provided)
Location: Across Fresh2Day Store Locations
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Delivery Rider will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of customer orders. The role requires strong customer service skills, road discipline, and a commitment to maintaining Fresh2Day's reputation for reliable and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up customer orders from the assigned Fresh2Day store.
  • Ensure on-time delivery to customer addresses as per assigned routes.
  • Handle products with care and maintain delivery accuracy.
  • Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery) and submit to the cashier/store.
  • Maintain delivery logs, invoices, or proof of delivery records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Follow traffic rules and road safety at all times.
  • Maintain delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good working condition.
  • Support store team with other operational requirements during free time.

Requirements:

  • Bike will be provided.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
  • Basic communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
