In This Role, You Will: We have a position in our Sales RFP team for someone who possesses 1-3 years of experience in sales RFP proposal management. You will be responsible for crafting concise and tailored responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) from current and potential clients. This role requires exceptional writing and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for an effective project management. Work Hours: (UK Shift 12pm to 9pm) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and Solutions Consultants (subject matter experts) to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients. Analyze and evaluate RFP documents to identify key information and develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's goals and objectives. Write tailored and precise RFP responses that effectively communicate the value proposition, unique selling points, and competitive advantage of our products and services. Ensure that all RFP responses are accurate, compliant, and submitted within the specified deadlines. Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information and data to support responses. Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Sales Engineering, etc.) to gather technical information necessary for RFP completion and perform an effective project management. Develop and maintain a library of standard RFP responses, templates, and content to ensure that we have the latest knowledge base and content for a streamlined future proposal development. Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of professional writing/RFP writing experience Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple RFPs simultaneously.
