About Our Client

The client is a captive/KPO organisation of one of the biggest consultancy players globally. This organisation specialises in assisting its member firms across a broad spectrum - from industries such as financial services to telecom to consumer markets among many others. The role is for the global markets and focuses on sales enablement of the financial services domain.

Job Description

Work with teams in the EMEA region and devise a global strategy for growth of the Financial Services domainDevelop sector strategy for the organisation and develop sales enablement strategiesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and design effective solutionProvide strategic insights to internal clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.Manage the budget for the EMEA region and track operational element of the budgetPlan sector marketing efforts in the region as well - which will help grow the Financial Services patch in the EMEA region for the organisation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - EMEA should have:

Atleast 15 years of experience in digital banking, fintech or related sectors with exposure to sales enablement in these domainsA strong educational background in accountancy, business, or a related field.Proven expertise in consulting with a focus on working with global stakeholdersExperience in leading projects within the EMEA region.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.A commitment to delivering measurable outcomes and organisational improvements.
