Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally software and should be capable of handling core accounting functions, including sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities
- Recording and updating daily transactions in Tally, including:
- Sales and purchase entries
- Expense booking (vendor bills, operational costs, etc.)
- Petty cash management and reconciliation
- Employee reimbursement entries and validation
- Maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documents
- Coordinating with internal teams for invoice and expense clarifications
- Ensuring timely entries for smooth month-end closures
- Assisting with audit preparations and compliance-related documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Tally expertise is a must)
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory norms
