Click2 Online based in Ghatkopar West is a registered Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN) dedicated to helping clients achieve high ROAS through account health management and optimizing catalogs for organic and paid sales. Specializing in Amazon SEO, FBA management, sponsored advertising, and customer service, we also offer services across e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart.
Role Description
We are seeking a Ecommerce Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management – Understand client requirements, relay details to the team, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Daily Updates – Provide regular progress updates from the team to clients.
Upselling Services – Offer additional services like Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, websites, or social media to existing Amazon clients.
Exhibition Support – Attend exhibitions, document discussions with clients, follow up afterward, and set meetings to help close deals.
Follow-Up Management – Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients and the team to maintain smooth operations.
Other Tasks – Handle any other tasks related to client management and workflow.
