Job Title- Client Relations Specialist (B2B)
Job Summary:
This role focuses on key account management by working closely with client managers and Directors. It serves as the main point of contact for clients, managing correspondence, agreements, and closures. The goal is to maintain strong relationships at the CXO level, ensuring long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities include managing existing relationships, anticipating future client needs, and following up on timely delivery of resumes and position closures. The role also involves coordinating with clients to understand expectations and areas for improvement, both with active and passive clients. It includes upselling and cross-selling company products, seeking new business opportunities within existing accounts, conducting market research, and maintaining detailed tracker reports.
Job Description
- Look after key account management activities by closely working with client managers and Directors. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Acting as Point of contact (POC) for the Client handling matters of correspondence, agreements, terms of business, and a number of closures for months.
- Maintain a healthy and cordial relationship at the CXO level to ensure a long-term relationship with the client.
- Managing existing relationships and developing plans to map future needs and requirements.
- Ensuring strong follow-up with client managers for timely delivery of quality resumes and closure of positions as per set targets.
- Coordinating with active clients on a regular basis about the ongoing openings in their organization and understanding the level of expectation from our company vs the level of delivery and areas of improvement.
- Following up with passive clients on a regular basis, building rapport and gaining the trust of clients and getting their Manpower requirements.
- Ensuring upsell and cross-sell of company products to be made with all the new and existing customers in the portfolio.
- Looking for new business opportunities in an existing account and maintaining the existing part (Farming of an account).
- Market research of all clients and competition tracking for effective client relationships.
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly tracker reports in software and excel sheet.
Desired candidate:
Any graduate/masters with 2+ years of experience in client relations. We are looking for a smart/enthusiastic professional who is interested to grow in the field of client servicing, client relations, market research and client development areas.
Desired KSAOs:
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Office;
