We provide permit sets, CD sets, engineering calculations, drafting and design drawings in Autocad, Revit and Archicad as well as many other design softawre platforms.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote tele-sales role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, lead generation, and tele-sales support. They will analyze data, engage with prospective clients, and develop strategies to generate business opportunities including appointment setting and providing our initial value proposition, over the phone. The Business Development Specialist will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong telephone skills
  • Excellent hunting skills
  • Experience in lead generation and market research
  • Customer outreach experience
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with consistent attendance
  • Knowledge of outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in Business, Marketing, or Sales
