About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects and their respective governance, ensuring efficient and successful delivery. Your primary focus will be on managing and monitoring the end to end process of intake and delivery of projects. This will include creating comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder visibility throughout the program. As a Program Manager, you will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and their respective governance, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee lease administration activities, documentation, and compliance.
- Direct space allocation efforts, optimizing space utilization and maximizing operational efficiencies.
- Create comprehensive reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive performance improvements.
- Provide regular updates to involved stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate between internal Account team, Project team, external vendors and client for smooth delivery of projects.
- Coordinate various initiatives across departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Foster effective people interaction through strong interpersonal skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client representatives.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement and create project delivery performance report.
- Take learnings from Project to Project to enhance efficiency of Project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to continuously enhance project management capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate use cases for leveraging technology solutions to improve project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience post graduation and at least 2 years of experience in program management, preferably within the commercial real estate industry (office fitout projects).
- Proficiency in lease administration and coordination of design process, tendering process, construction work and facility operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create comprehensive reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective people interaction and collaboration.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives, ensuring successful project execution.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or related field
- Professional certification in project management (PMP) or related field.
- Experience with real estate portfolio management software and systems.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives in the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
