Position Summary
The Associate Program Manager / Program Manager will manage simple to complex projects or phases of a project to ensure the completion of milestones within budget, tracks performance and progress of project against committed timeline. Projects could be Manufacturing Automation, NPD, NTP, Productivity, RTS or QR type. This role calls for collaboration with multiple global plants, ETC teams, cross functional, external vendors & multi-location teams to ensure that the projects are accomplished to a high quality, adhering to our standard processes, systems and project management principles, while remaining aligned with strategy and goals of the organization. The Program Manager / Associate program manager will also manage project portfolio/project agreements of the respective ETC teams. Resolves unique problems that could occur during the project to minimize delays & provide timely status updates to the executive leadership team.
Core Job ResponsibilitiesFulfill the role of the Associate Program Manager | Program Manager and all that it entailsUnderstand project requirements, collaborate with project owners, leaders, various plants & cross functional teams across the globe for delivery of projects, by adhering to standard processes, systems and project management principles.Ensure the completion of project milestones/deliverables within committed Quality (Q), Delivery (D), Project cost (C) & Product cost (C), track performance and progress of project against committed QDC targetsAdhere to general project management principles of Project scope management, time management, cost management, risk management, vendor / procurement management, and stakeholder managementLead/Assist Annual Operating Planning (AOP) discussions with respective SBUs/NOEs and corporate teamsReport out project updates, risks and mitigations, productivity updates, QDC metrics, deployment efficiency, timesheet data, during the monthly Operations review meeting with ETC leadership teamLead International shipment process (air/sea) ensuring Import & Export Trade compliance adhered.Collaborate with PMO team members to continuously improve process, systems and develop/refine standard worksProject management of Strategic organization initiatives, deployment of BOS and coaching project teamsManage ETC PPM project portfolio / Project agreements of respective teams and publish the monthly billing data for the respective teamsHost monthly calibration meetings and publish monthly QDC metrics for the respective teams

Ability to learn and collaborate with cross cultural project teamsExceptional Influencing skills as project team members will not be one’s direct reportsManages & resolves conflictsProficiency in MS projectExposure to JIRA / Confluence
Minimum Qualifications :4-year degree from an accredited institution. Technical degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred10+ years’ experience of overall functional experiencePMP certified project management professional or Certified Scrum Master (CSM + A-CSM, or CSP)
