Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, challenges, and goals related to the Salesforce platform. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Facilitate and participate in discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user interviews. Assist the Project Manager with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization of development work. Partner with developers and solution architects to ensure requirements are technically feasible and clearly understood. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by helping define test cases, coordinating testers, and tracking feedback. Create Release Notes for all stories in the portfolio Maintain documentation of system configurations, process flows, and application enhancements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and help define scalable and maintainable solutions. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Graduates with 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification or equivalent experience. Familiarity with declarative Salesforce tools like Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules. Understanding of data management best practices and reporting within Salesforce. Experience managing and creating and user stories Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business language into technical requirements. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a mid-to-large enterprise environment  Preferred Qualifications Salesforce BA Cert or Comp Salesforce App builder or Comp Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office/365 Suite, or similar project collaboration   Location: India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
