Salesforce Industries is looking to expand our Professional Services team by hiring versatile and enthusiastic **Industry Solution Architects - Communications and Media
A key role in resolving optimal efficient the SFI product in the customer environment. The Solution Architect will have responsibility for supporting our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending their expertise to the delivery of elite Salesforce Industries implementations, and building the necessary and valuable relationships both internally and externally in order to become recognized as a worlan eliteess Transformation Expert.
A successful Architect has good experience and enjoys designing trground-breakingolutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. An individual filling this role will provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation. This key member of our team will help with building a roadmap by running Business Process Reviews. This resource will also participate in Plan, Architect, and Design activities and guide the subsequent implementation of Salesforce. Your responsibility is to understand the customer’s business requirements, and design, and configure the desired solution.
We are looking for industry guides who are passionate about the digital transformation of the **Communications and Media **space and customer experience.
This is a focused team of industry guides whose mission is to work with our largest and most important customers and implementation partners to deliver solutions that delight the customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Effective in working with customers, including business executives, business analysts, and IT development staff
- Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into business and technical requirements
- Comfortable working with complex business requirements and translating them into the design of solutions, including Telcom and Media industries product modeling, product configuration, rate models, business rules, user stories, etc.
- Speed is paramount. This team is nimble and is the fulcrum to accelerate the delivery of the solution for customers.
- A collaborative and empathetic relationship with the business stakeholders will be central to your role. Your commitment to their success should never be in doubt.
- You’ll be a key channel back to the Salesforce Industries product management team as they look to drive innovation and improvements into future releases of Industry Cloud products.

- This role will require travel to customer locations.
**Experience**
- At least 8+ years of Telecom and/or Media Industry Experience
- Involved in the Implementation of OSS/ BSS (CRM, Billing, OM, Product Catalog) solutions at operators
- Experience in Telecom OSS/BSS and EPC, CPQ, CLM, OM, and Billing
- Experience in the Media industry working in Product Modelling, CPQ, CLM, SLM, Ad Sales Management, and GAM Integrations,
- Help in mapping business requirements to Salesforce Industry(SFI) product functionality
- Engage business users to understand requirements and create solution designs
- Identifies ‘What to implement’ in SFI CRM and ‘Solution’ level designs
- Able to evaluate the long-term impact of implementing a capability - Any conflict or limitations, impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades
- Knowledge of modules (EPC, CPQ, OM, ESM, and Digital Commerce)
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
- You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations for Telecom and/or Media clients
- You’ll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
- You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members
- You’ll have the vision to help us take our company to the next level
**Technical Skills**
- Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)
- Hands-On Experience in EPC, CPQ, OM, and/or Ad Sales Management
- Process modeling tools and best practices
- Project management tools and best practices
- Data modeling
- Systems analysis and design
**DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATION**
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Industries Omnistudio, CPQ, and OM Certified
