As the Salesforce Solution Architect , you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions that support our business transformation goals. You will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are leveraged to drive operational efficiency, customer engagement, and innovation. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end solution design across all Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) including Data Cloud and Agentforce. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solution architecture. Provide consultation on various aspects of the Salesforce product and solutions based on business requirements. Create and maintain solution blueprints, process flows, and functional specifications. Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, governance, and enterprise architecture standards. Support Agile delivery teams by providing guidance on user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution integrity. Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce trends and technologies, advocating for their adoption where beneficial to the organization. Participate in roadmap planning, release management, and change control processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field Experience: 8+ years of experience in CRM or enterprise systems, with 5+ years in Salesforce solution design. Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex environments. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams. Experience using JIRA & Confluence tools for work and knowledge management Salesforce certifications (preferred in order) Admin Platform Administrator Platform Administrator II Platform App Builder Consultant Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Experience Cloud Consultant Data Cloud Consultant Development Platform Developer Architect Application Architect System Architect Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
