Hi All,

Edme is looking for experienced sales professional into B2B segment across locations - Delhi , chennai , Hyderabad , Mumbai.

The incumbent should be experienced in B2B sales, preferably in insurance broking,General Insurance or employee benefits consulting.

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products (Property, Marine, Group Health, Liability, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for insurance broking services.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs across industries.
  • Create and execute lead generation strategies (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, HR heads, and procurement teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal underwriting, claims, and servicing teams.
  • Product Offering & Consulting:
  • Understand client risk profiles and offer suitable insurance solutions (General Insurance, Employee Benefits, Marine, Liability, etc.).
  • Work closely with insurers to design bespoke insurance programs for clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Create customized proposals, make pitch presentations, and participate in RFPs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Renewals & Retention:
  • Ensure timely renewals and cross-sell/up-sell additional coverages.
  • Coordinate with the servicing and claims team to ensure high client satisfaction.
