Key expectations from the role:

  • Lead products for Ads charter with the key responsibility of maximizing ad revenue from billions+ minutes of monthly audio streaming on the platform
  • Devise & execute ad revenue growth levers across different advertising formats like rewarded videos/ audio/interstitial/banners etc
  • Own end-to-end user experience for ad products to maintain a world-class product usage experience
  • Lead an independent product development unit, consisting of PMs, Developers, Designers, Analysts, QA, etc to meet the business objectives of the ads charter
  • Be responsible for managing supply, demand & optimization sides of ad products to maximize revenue


A few things, which could help, succeed in the role:

  • Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product development cycle
  • Required 6-9 years of Relevant Experience
  • Good understanding of building MVPs & running A/B tests to test and validate growth opportunities
  • Operating with a high sense of ownership, bias for action & impact
