Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative
Marketing Lead
with
5+
years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in executing our content strategies, enhancing our social media presence, and helping us engage with our AI-focused audience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a creator mindset who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-office role based out of Gurugram.Must have B2C experienceHighly preferred candidates from EdTech Industry
Key Responsibilities:Assist in ideating, creating, and publishing content across our social media channels.Collaborate on content plans that align with our broader social, brand, and business objectives.Generate creative, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience and adheres to our tone of voice.Monitor and engage with key social media trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.Develop compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring excellence in grammar, storytelling, and attention to detail.Analyze and report on content performance, providing insights that help inform future content strategies.Maintain quality control by reviewing content against brand guidelines before publication.Coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proactively engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:A creator mindset with experience generating content from ideation to execution.5+ years
of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.A solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and grammar.Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends.A data-driven approach to evaluating content performance and applying insights to improve future content.Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to take initiative while adhering to company guidelines.Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various organizational levels.
